Payment and Shipping

The following conditions apply: The goods are delivered worldwide from Germany.

When shipping outside the EU, additional costs such as: B. Taxes and/or duties/duties may apply, which the customer must bear.

Shipping costs (including VAT)

 

5. Prices and shipping costs
5.1. The prices stated on the product pages include statutory VAT and other price components.

5.2. In addition to the prices stated, we charge a flat rate of   5€  per order for delivery within Germany. The shipping costs will be clearly communicated to you on the product pages, in the shopping cart system and on the order page.

5.3. If you pay by cash on delivery, an additional fee of  15€ will be charged, which will be charged by the delivery person on site. There are no additional taxes or costs.

6. Delivery
6.1. Delivery takes place within

- Germany with 2-4 days.

- European Union with 5-7 working days   Cost:  €13.99

- Worldwide  7-21 working  days    Cost €39.99

Delivery times

Unless a different deadline is specified in the respective offer, the goods will be delivered domestically (Germany) within 3 - 5 working days, for international deliveries to the European Union within 5 - 7 days and for international deliveries outside the European Union within 7 - 21 working days after conclusion of the contract (if advance payment has been agreed, after the time of your payment instruction).
Please note that there is no delivery on Sundays and public holidays.
If you have ordered items with different delivery times, we will send the goods in one shipment, unless we have made different agreements with you. In this case, the delivery time is determined by the item with the longest delivery time that you ordered.

 

7. Payment
7.1. Payment can be made either in advance

7.2. If you choose the advance payment method, we will give you our bank details in the order confirmation and deliver the goods after receipt of payment.

If you pay by credit card, your credit card account will be debited upon conclusion of the contract.

8. Retention of title
The goods remain our property until full payment has been made.

9. Warranty for material defects
DemoShop is liable for material defects in accordance with the applicable legal regulations, in particular Sections 434 ff of the German Civil Code.
